Medical Transport Service

If you need to attend medical appointments, but have no other means of transport, please call us to see if we can arrange for one of our volunteer drivers to take you and bring you home again.

Telephone 07984 785907 between 9am and 12 noon on Wednesday or Friday to speak to someone.

Outside of these times, leave a message with details of your health appointment and we will get back to you.

Please give us as much notice as possible (ideally a week).

Please note that ADCA will ask for a contribution towards the costs of operating the service, and this figure will be agreed when a request is received.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
